SIM received but no phone number

I am an id mobile user and ordered SIM for my wife. SIM delivered but no details of phone number in green package and no ‘welcome to ID mobile’ email/letter received

Okay @carrigan, the new SIM (from iD) for your wife is already activated.

Pop the SIM in a phone, call or text someone and ask them to tell you the number.

Otherwise, get real-time help using iD online chat at http://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The ID customer service team works between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.

If you can’t use the online chat, just send a private request for assistance to iD Mobile’s social media team using facebook (using Messenger) or Twitter (by Direct Message).
