I can receive texts but can't send texts. Says ID error 38
I'm getting the same problem, I can't send texts at all. I am on a contract. I have recently moved over to ID. It's really frustrating. I would like to know if there are any issues and when they will be resolved. It looks like it happens a lot. I wish I'd stayed with sky mobileÂ
Same here, we have 4 phones on iDMobile, and none of them can send SMS texts,
all 4 getting ‘Not sent, tap to try again.’
I'm on a Sim Only contract but I've got the same problem too. Must say I've been with them for about 4/5 years now and never had any problems prior to this. Assuming it's a network issue but it is sooo frustrating that there is no information to show there is an issue and also that proper live chat doesn't exist!!!
