I can receive texts but can't send texts. Says ID error 38

I'm getting the same problem, I can't send texts at all.  I am on a contract. I have recently moved over to ID. It's really frustrating. I would like to know if there are any issues and when they will be resolved. It looks like it happens a lot. I wish I'd stayed with sky mobile

Same here, we have 4 phones on iDMobile, and none of them can send SMS texts,

all 4 getting ‘Not sent, tap to try again.’

Both me & my mum are on contract with ID & same thing happening here.

I'm on a Sim Only contract but I've got the same problem too. Must say I've been with them for about 4/5 years now and never had any problems prior to this. Assuming it's a network issue but it is sooo frustrating that there is no information to show there is an issue and also that proper live chat doesn't exist!!!

Can receive but not send - Three coverage says it is fine. Likewise - v frustrating

Hi All,

We are aware of an issue that was stopping messages to be sent earlier today.

This has since been resolved and you should be able to send messages as normal.

If this isn’t resolved for you, please get back to us and we will check it out.
