I pay £6.00 a month as pay as you go but for some reason I have £11.99 comes up as top up in the app on my acct

Are you sure you’re on Pay as you go or on a Pay Monhtly plan?
We do not have any £11.99 bundles so unless you topped up £11.99, I’m not sure where that figure has come from.
Have you been in contact recently and/or provided any good-will gestures?
