I have two accounts , one for me and a second for my son, I cannot access his one at all. I've tried the chat bot. Without any success at all, it's driving me mad!

Are you referring to the iD Mobile app/website?
Each iD Mobile plan will require a separate, unique account to be registered on the iD Mobile app/website.

Unfortunately, at iD Mobile you can only register one mobile number per iD online account, and each online account needs a unique username (email address).
You can register at https://my.idmobile.co.uk, from the “Register” tab.
If you’re using iD online live chat, just type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot. The advisors work until 8pm on weekdays.
