I have two accounts , one for me and a second for my son, I cannot access his one at all. I've tried the chat bot. Without any success at all, it's driving me mad!

Unfortunately, at iD Mobile you can only register one mobile number per iD online account, and each online account needs a unique username (email address).
You can register at https://my.idmobile.co.uk, from the “Register” tab.
If you’re using iD online live chat, just type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot. The advisors work until 8pm on weekdays.
