My daughters ID sim has stopped allowing her to make calls or send messages despite having a monthly bundle. In app is showing she has unlimited calls/text and most of her data remaining.
When logging into app on her phone she is being told to go to online version as app not working. Have logged into the online version and can see her bundle.
Any suggestions as we are paying for this but unable to use it.

Do you get any messages when attempting to send a message or make a call?
You should be able to use the app now as maintenance to it has finished.

Have just checked with my daughter and she can now send text messages but is unable to make any calls. She gets a voice saying unble to connect. Also she is unable to use data.
