Since joining when I try to send a text it comes up and says message not delivered. I am really really annoyed at this. This needs sorted out asap or I will be going back to my normal provider. Also not being able to contact you is really really frustrating.
Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your phone
The handset user guide usually explains how to do this.
