How do I use my old number with my new SIM?

Hi @rogersr491, did you simply place an upgrade order, or did you fully cancel the old line and place an entirely new order? if it’s the latter, your old number will most likely have been lost at this point, and it’s unlikely we’ll be able to retrieve it.

If you placed an upgrade, your old SIM will still be active. If you want to use the new SIM instead, you’ll need to activate it first. This thread might be a good place to start https://community.idmobile.co.uk/getting-started-20/activating-your-new-sim-29848

If you have cancelled the old line, you can contact the Live Chat team; there’s a chance they might be able to retrieve your old number, but I can’t guarantee it.
