My old Sim contract was cancelled and after a few days I ordered a new sim but he number did not carry over. How can I get my old number back?

If you placed an upgrade, your old SIM will still be active. If you want to use the new SIM instead, you’ll need to activate it first. This thread might be a good place to start https://community.idmobile.co.uk/getting-started-20/activating-your-new-sim-29848
If you have cancelled the old line, you can contact the Live Chat team; there’s a chance they might be able to retrieve your old number, but I can’t guarantee it.
