i have paid for 60gb of data why dies ut say in my plan 50gb of data

I signed up for 60gb and my plan says 50gb.

I cannot speak to anyone 

Live chat is awful no response

I want what I am paying for

Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday.

As you posted here after 8pm, I am going to assume that live chat was closed or closing when you tried to speak to someone.
