Hi, I've recently upgraded my phone & contract package to stay with ID Mobile. The upgrade involved getting an e-sim for my new phone.

It appears that my number has ported over to the e-sim (current phone has no service) but my new phone isn't due to arrive for another 2 weeks.

Obviously I can't be without service for this long but I know if I install the e-sim onto my current phone I can't then install it on my new one.

I need assistance with getting my number back onto my current SIM.

Thanks in advance.

Hello @jobrfe

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community.

With the eSIM, you will be able to activate this now in order to use your number. Once your new phone arrives, we can then arrange a replacement eSIM to use with that handset.

The benefits of the eSIM is that it is a quick process to receive and activate it on your handset and this can be requested with either our team on social media (Facebook/X) or Live chat.

If you have any issues at all, you are also welcome to come back to us here on the community or visit our support page here

Thanks,
