Error message when calling another iDmobile user

Whilst abroad I tried calling my wife who is with me, and the error message I got is “the number your calling has not yet been assigned to a client” now this happens when I call her or she calls me, we are both iDmobile account holders. We don’t have any problems in the UK its just this trip abroard.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but hope you had a good time abroad! Did you both have Roaming enabled? What country were you trying to make calls in?

Hi thanks for your reply, and yes we did have a good time, I found out that it was simply because I hadn't saved the number as +44 like a fool I had only saved them as if I was calling within the UK.
