Need to stop 02 overcharges

Hi I am now resident in France 

I owe my iPhone X Max and have a 02 sim only deal

I seem to be getting big charges from 02 up to £50 a month for unfair usage … this after I was told I could continue my U.K. 02 in France without penalties and I believed them as been with them since the original iPhone launch.

I want to know if I buy an ID product that:

I keep my U.K. number 

I can use my phone unrestricted up to an example 60Gb in France

If I ordered a SIM then it would be delivered to my home in France

Sorry to hear you have been misled by O2, however, we wouldn’t be able to asisst in your situation as SIM card deliveries are only to the UK and we do have a fair usage policy in place. Our service is not designed for permanent use abroad.
