I am visiting America next week. Is they a way I can pay a one of payment to be able to use unlimited internet while I'm out there?

Unfortunately @Laura Cooper, that’s not possible with iD Mobile. 

If your handset is eSIM capable, maybe get a data-only travel eSIM plan to use in the USA.

Try Google search with “travel eSIM USA” for some options.
