Roaming in Band 2, can’t txt or call

Hi. I’ve been roaming in Macedonia for over a month without any issues. I have unlimited minutes and texts. I was able to use everything up until last week when my calls stopped going through. My internet works, but I cant call and text. Tried to sort this out with live chat support team but no joy. Please help! 😭

@andewhite This seems to be more about the fair internet usage, which I don’t have a problem with. My internet works perfectly. It’s just the outgoing calls and texts. I have definitely not used and abused them 👀 Very normal minimal usage …

Okay @Aria, if the iD Mobile Live Chat advisers couldn’t help, maybe try sending iD a private message using Facebook Messenger.
