Roaming not working in France

If nothing works, it might be a network issue.
If it’s just your roaming mobile data that’s not working, it might be a case of the roaming partner using the wrong APN value, which seems to happen in France.
It appears the iD roaming partners in France sometimes ‘think’ you’re a Three UK customer, whereas you’re an iD Mobile customer.

Is it just data not working or do calls and texts not work either?
Is Roaming turned ON in the iD App/account?

I can make calls and receive texts. But no roaming at all.
my phone also does not show me my ANP settings.
roaming is turned on, both on the app and phone.
is there any other way of changing the anp settings?
What make and model handset are you using?
Can you please try the following network partners for France and see if it makes a difference Orange, BYTEL or BOUYGTEL and Free Mobile.

I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I have tried all of the available networks to no success.

This will seem crazy, but iD Mobile don’t appear to have enabled the option to edit APN settings on an iPhone. I know you can edit iPhone mobile data APN settings on EE, SMARTY, and Vodafone.
Unfortunately, seems the most reliable way to fix this issue, is switch to another service provider.

I think SMARTY offer almost identical inclusive EU roaming destinations as iD.
They don’t however, sell handsets or contracts with 12/24 month minimum term durations.
