Number not transferred after 3 days - URGENT!

Hi there @XMC10  Have you registered your recent iD Mobile account (the one you want to move a number to) on our website? https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount If not, please do so. Once you’re registered and signed in you’ll then be able to submit your PAC (Code) and the number you wish to move over to us and providing the PAC is valid and in-date from the old provider then your number should move over to us in 1-2 working days at most. Luckily it transferred after 4 days and iD is crediting me the week. Thanks
