Hi, I’ve just joined and brought my number from giffgaff, I used chat to start the process and she told me it should be done on the 29th, so far nothing has changed. Is this still being processed? Cheers.

I use my id sim for my iPad not my mobile so cant receive a code so cant log in online or by phone so cant make a payment!

Anyone having problems with phone calls?

I have been using my Samsung S8 for just under 2 years. I have been on id mobile for about the same length of time.   In the W6 postcode, I have always had perfectly fine call quality. However, in the last few weeks, I have repeatedly been receiving phone call problems. Either the caller cannot hear me; or I cannot hear the caller.   The problem disappears when I use other apps (e.g. Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp) for video calls, so I know that it’s not a problem with either my microphone or speaker.   Maybe the id mobile network is overloaded and I should change to another network?   Any ideas?

I am unable to make or receive calls or text messages   My phone is OK on Internet WhatsApp etc.    It still doesn't let me make calls or texts when I use my mobile network or wifi

Faulty Handset

I have had my Samsung handset for less than a year, and about two months ago it started playing up. The screen is not displaying properly, it keeps opening apps without me even touching it, keeps redirecting me when I don’t ask it to, and has a faulty keypad to name just a few issues. A hard restart has not worked, nor has a simple restart. I have been unable to take it to a Carphone Warehouse to be looked at due to the lockdown, nor talk to someone at a call centre because of this, yet am still paying my monthly bill for a faulty phone. Could someone please direct me towards help, as the problems are getting worse, and it is very hard to use in its current state.

Hi there, I’ve tried to cancel my account 2 or 3 times. Each time I’ve been told that they are unable to do it. I’ve cancelled my direct debit but I’m now being chased by you.  The sim was originally a month late and I have never used it. I can’t login to get a code because I’ve never used the sim. This whole process is infuriating.  Can someone please cancel my account immediately?    Many thanks   Mika

Unable to recieve security codes since moving number to Id network

Hi Since moving to IDMobile I have been unable to receive verification codes for anything. This is preventing me from using Ebay, Amazon, Online Food shopping, etc. I am still within my 14 days to return the phone, can you please get back to me as soon as possible as this is something i require urgently to be able to do my online food shopping. I can't cancel my account

Although I’ve use ID several times over the years, now I am very frustrated and disappointed.I’ve been trying to cancel my account for 7 months now. Please make it stop.I have tried repeatedly to discontinue XX-XXX-XXX-XXX.We live in the United States. I purchased a SIM only account for my wife while she was in England. I think this was sometime early in August 2019. I called to discontinue the account upon her return at the end of September 2019.I have spoken to agents several times. Unfortunately, I only noted their names the last 2 times. Each time, they have assured me that the account would be closed.However, you keep taking money out of my bank account and recently, I received a dunning letter saying that I need to pay up or else. Even though the account is on direct debit, I paid the account to make sure.Here is a log of the calls I have placed. Reinstate an account

I had a storage problem with my Samsung J5, so decided to buy a more modern phone. Bought an A10, then realised it was with a Vodafone contract. Returned the A10, then desicovered that the J5 was no longer registered on the network. Now I want to keep the J5, problem resolved, and need to restore my former account with iD Mobile. How can I do that?

Data roll over

I changed my data to 10gb a month in March. Due to lockdown I’m obviously not using my data as much, or hardly at all. I have not got any data rolled over. I should have around 9bg rolling over. My plan restarts it’s month again tomorrow. I’m wondering if anyone knows as to why I’m not getting rolled over data, it’s been more than 30 days since changing my plan.

Upgrade to SIM gone wrong

My phone contract came to an end so I clicked on the Upgrade button on the app, which took me to the website. I logged into the website and browsed the deals and signed up for a SIM only deal. Several days later and it seems as though they set me up with a new contract and the company has been unable to sort out a way of contacting them. None of the emails they have sent are clear as to what to do. Given how useless the website was, I should have just moved to another network, but now I seem to be stuck and there is no information about what to do and no way of speaking to anyone about it to get it sorted. Is it really the case that they can’t work out how to get assistance to people? What I expected to happen was when I clicked on the Upgrade link and logged in, the system would realise that I wanted to upgrade the same account and would seamlessly transfer to the new deal. Can anyone shed some light as to what I should do? Thinking cancelling everything and moving is probably easiest

phone suspended

My contract ended on the 11th of April, I tried contacting ID but all their call services were out of use and I tried to end my contract online however that did not work so my only option was to cancel my direct debit. my account has been suspended which I get why but why are they still sending payments out? Even though they've suspended the account!!!!!

Unable to Accept Incoming Calls P20 Lite

I have a Huawei P20 Lite usually (as with most phones) when I have an incoming call the phone rings and a screen appears showing the number with the red reject button and green accept button. Overnight this had disappeared. When I had an incoming call this morning, the phone rand and vibrated but the screen was blank. I put in my pin and went to the home screen, there was still no option to accept the call. Does anybody know if this is a setting issue ? I have re started the phone a couple of times and turned it off for 30 mins but nothing has changed.

I lost the mobile that had the sim about two months ago, I don’t know what its phone number was and I’ve just recived a bill.   I don’t know how to pay the bill as I have no phone number or account to log into.

Calls jumpy and text notifications not received

For a while when I talk on the phone (not over wifi calls) it is difficult to understand what is being said as the sound is very jittery, it is also like this when listening voicemails. I also often dont receive text notifications unless I open the messaging app. Is this likely to be a fault with my provider or with my phone? I have a J5 samsung phone that is 3 years old.

my network

Please can someone help me. My phone/network is fine everywhere but because I used next doors network a few times, had his password too, everytime I come into my flat it goes to his network which is fine in the bedroom but no where else, so do I have to disconnect from his  and how do I get mine on there then.  Thank you in advance.
