ordered another sim only contract

On 3 11 2021 I took another sim only contract out for my son but you've just upgraded me. It's impossible to get on line chat to work and no way of contacting anyone please can some one explain what I can do,? I haven't got sum card yet but I need it on another number not mine please help

terrible to no signal for over 3 months

My phone has been stuck at 1 or zero bars for over 3 months now. I have tried the coverage checker, phone reboot, sim in alternative handsets etc. Its causing me to be unable to make or receive calls completely.The 4g coverage is also terrible. I am unable to listen to a voice note at all when out and about and searching the Internet is impossible.Please can someone contact me about a replacement sim or with an alternative solution to try and get my phone working as it should be?ThanksClaire

How to stop my emails going to spam on my wife's phone?

We both have the same phone and are on the same iD contracts, yet my emails go to spam on my wife’s phone. Her emails to me go to my inbox. How do I get my emails to go to her inbox please?

Activate sim and enter PAC abroad

Can I put a new IDmobile SIM card in my phone and activate it by porting over to IDmobile and buying a monthly deal when I'm in Spain? Or does the sim need to be activated in England? I’m switching over to IDmobile but am on a long holiday so my UK flatmate will send the sim out to me in Spain. Should she activate it in her phone first in England?

5g not being used despite being in 5g coverage area

I would like to speak to a member of technical support ref my new Google pixel 5 5g not connecting to 5g. It's enabled and set to preferred carrier option, my phone software is up to date, I have tried resetting the phone. I have rebooted the phone whilst in 5g coverage and still nothing.Is there a way to contact ID rather than putting messages on a forum? Thanks

Credit score ruined by ID- £4. 24 charge after account closed

Hi,I am disputing an entry on my credit report. I am extremely disappointed and stressed to discover that after cancelling my contract in September 2020 via virtual agent and being informed that my account was settled; my wife and I have now been refused a mortgage purely based on arrears charge of £4.24, which has been added after the account was closed and we have not been notified in order to resolve this. Our credit report now shows 3 months missed payment of this amount, which should not have been charged in the first place and which we had not been made aware of or requested to pay by ID mobile. I have now found an old email in my junk confirming that I cancelled myself count with no details of any arrears but just offering to reopen the account. Please understand our extreme frustration and disappointment with this very poor service which has now left us in a very stressful situation that could have been prevented with good communication. How can I cancel my ID contract?

HiI have spent several hours trying to cancel my contract. I have logged onto the website and the app and when I ckick on thinking of leaving and then ‘leave ID mobile’ there is no button there to allow me to click and cancel. I have tried the live chat with the chat bots can’t understand my query and just keep looping the same messgae telling me to go on the website which is what I am doing.Please can someone from ID mobile contact me to cancel the contract or can anyone help me as this seems to be a reoccuring problem and it is not right that cancelling a mobile phone contract is so diffucult.THANKS

Why Can't I cancel my contract?!!!!!!!!!

Why is this so difficult! it shouldn’t be like this, it is imposible to cancel the contract.I have a contract with ID Mobile which I have had for almsot 2 years now and I have just 2-3 months left and wanted to pay it off and close the contract but it is impossible to complete this. I got the contract just for the handset as I had an existing contract. I have never made 1 phone call, 1 SMS or used Data. I have tried to contact customer services on so many occasions to cancel this, but to no availability. To cancel, you cannot call the number for ID - you can’t EVER speak to anyone who works for this company.Please can you help to close this contract as I no longer wish to have the contract with you, and I don’t want to be charged once my contract is over! I have seen what people have gone through with this issue because of you not allowing to cancel the contract so please help me pay the months left and close this as soon as possible! thanks

Complaint - Account created with my stolen ID

[edit] I emailed you 4th March stating how my ID had been stolen an a phone account opened up using it. I reported this to the police and send 2 emails to your complaints email. i have now just received a final payment fore £25.99 and how if I dont pay you will pass this one to balifts. I DID NOT OPEN THIS ACCOUNT. Please will someone contact me to stop this account and the hassle it is causing me. Texts not sending

I recently got an Iphone xr on id mobile. I am unable to send text messages or make phone calls. The phone was purchased on the 27th of November and i was unable to phone or text. When i try to make a call it just says that i have reached my cap even though i have unlimited calls and texts. My data also works fine so i am puzzled.

Returned direct debit and overpayment

Hi,I've had my direct debit returned as there were insufficient funds in that account. When realising, I paid this immediately but now it says you've received minus two months' payments.I'm confused as to whether you will try to take the direct debt again and therefore I have over paid or whether it is just a fault on my account?Thank you :)

I was in the phone when a message suddenly came on the line telling me that I would be charged if I carried on the call and then just ended, this was after already being on the call for 18 mins, I also have unlimited minutes and it was to a relatives landline, any idea why this has happened?

Roaming not working in South Korea

Hello, I’m seeking help to enable my iPhone 7 (iOS 14.2 - the latest one) to roam in South Korea. Last time I visited Korea, it automatically began to roam as soon as I arrived. But this time, it is not working at all. I’ve read all the previous questions and answers and followed whatever I could. Yet, none of them helped. What I did but not worked are: Enabled Roaming on Mobile Data. Delete existing profiles on Settings->General->ProfilesReset all the settings on my iPhone. Can anyone help me to connect to my phone again? I need to receive few verification codes to my UK phone while I am here, and its roaming failures is causing pain. Please somebody help me from this issue! Many thanks in advance!

Poor data signal in last month

I have in the last month been experiencing very poor data connection. Areas near my home have no signal at all where I used to have no problems - I can’t access emails, receice/send whatsapps, connect to internet, listen to YouTube or anything.I don’t think it’s fair to be paying for something which I am not able to even use. Have tried the online chat on the website, but it’s clearly an automated bot and does not help me at all. When I request to speak to an actual human, it tells me 6 seconds, 5 seconds. I waited for about 10 minutes and nothing happened and nobody helped. Not impressed with the customer service at all.

How can 4G Voice Calling improve 4G data reception?

Sorry - should have typed “4G data reception” above! Your coverage checker shows no 4G coverage for the postcode SA33 5EX. However, if I tick “I have a 4G Voice Calling compatible phone”, this changes to “Excellent 4G coverage”, saying I should be able to use the internet. How can this be? My understanging of 4G Voice Calling, (voLTE) is that is uses the 4G signal to carry voice, so if there is no 4G coverage to start with, how could the phone make a difference?

SMS Texting

I have a problem texting my sister since last wed. She can text me but when I reply or send a message at random to her it comes back saying ‘not delivered’. I can text everyone else okay. My husbands mobile is on ID network as well and she received his texts ok. Can you help please?
