Pixel 7 Currys £100 Black Friday Voucher

Hi,I joined iD during Black Friday, and purchased a 100GB data Pixel 7 plan that had a £100 Currys Gift Card promotion. It has been a month since, and I have not received the card, nor any update on it and that seems to be a recurring theme throughout the community.Like many others I joined iD and that specific plan largely due to this promotion, and I am quite disappointed in the way iD have handled this. Are any of the forum staff here able to help clear this up or shed some light on the situation?

Apple iPhone 14 £50 additional trade in value

Hi,I have a question about my recent order. I placed an order a while back to pre order an iPhone 14 Pro with the additional £50 value trade in offer. I went ahead with the purchase, sent off my old phone when the trade in parcel arrived but have not heard a thing about the addition value (the value of the phone has been paid to me but not the additional £50 mentioned at checkout). I also can’t find anything online about this which is slightly odd. thanks!

After Porting number from EE to ID mobile i can't receive OTP codes and Imessage is not activated

My number has apparently been ported from EE last tuesday. My calls and texts all working fine except amazon and apple couldn’t call me most importanly can’t receive OTP codes so 2 step verification code is not available and i can’t activate Facetime or iMessage Continually getting the message “An error occurred during activation. Try again”. It has been doing this for about 6days hours now.I can sign into iMessage via my Apple ID and send a message that way, so I know iMessage works. People are just receiving messages from my email address rather than my phone number, so at least I know iMessage works in that respect. It just won’t activate for my phone number now, which I need it to.Steps I have tried (basically everything that an internet search suggests):I have tried switching off and on iMessage and Facetime several times. I have reset my network settings on my phone a few times. I have tried another SIM in the phone. It activates fine. I have restarted the phone several times. I

Data Speeds decreased

Until recently - the last week or so I was getting 20 megabits plus download on my phone at my home address. So were my family who are on Three so using the same mast. However, the speed has dropped to completely unusable. An upload speed of 0.3 megabits. What use is that? My wife tried to report the problem with her Three phone but got nowhere. She is going to change her network provider. I. however, am a new customer of ID mobile and was pleased with the service until now. I am not sure this is the right place to be reporting this but I cannot find anywhere on my this website to actually report faults. Why is it so difficult to report a fault?

Calls to specific number keep cutting out

Every time I try to call a specific number the call cuts out, they can ring me and I can text them and I can ring other numbers. Is there a way to fix this?

Porting number over to new ID Mobile account

Hi, I recently got a new sim only 30 day contract. I have setup my account using the ID mobile app and it shows my correct allowances etc, but I cannot seem to submit a PAC from my old network. Everytime I do so it comes back with an error saying the PAC is invalid. I checked and it is correct and valid until 30/07/2022. I’ve recently noticed the number is now unavailable on my old sim and so seems stuck in the transfer process. It has not yet ported over to my ID Mobile sim.. Please help!

How can I switch to phone contract from Sim only?

Hi I have recently purchased a sim only plan which is 30 days rolling contract. It is less than 14 days old and I am considering getting a phone contract through iD mobile and retain my number.When I chose to upgrade through the app it says that I need to wait till November to upgrade.Is there any ways I can upgrade to phone contract before November? I also don't understand why I have to wait till then when I'm on a 30 days rolling contact.If I purchase a separate phone contact through iD mobile while having sim only, can I cancel my SIM only plan after 30 days and transfer the number to phone contract SIM?

Wi-Fi calling doesn't work

I have recently moved over to ID Mobile and like what seems like many before me, I’m having issues with the Wi-Fi calling function not working.My workplace has very poor mobile connectivity so I rely on Wi-Fi calling to make and receive calls.I have tried the obvious solutions suggested elsewhere but no luck.Someone on another chat topic said that a replacement SIM worked for them. Could that be the only solution?

number not fully ported

Hi, number ported a week or so ago, been sending WhatsApp, ring I got people and texting on a huwawei fine. Until I text one of my contacts and my imported number came up on his phone. But when I rang him he got the ported old/correct number. There are some contacts getting the correct ported number on text. But others getting my iD number which I don’t want. Help please!! huwawei phone.

If I place a 4G (VoLTE) call and lose 4G network coverage, will my call drop?

I’ve found it quite difficult to get an answer to this. I have an iPhone device that is capable of 4G Calling (VoLTE). I am just wondering what would happen to my call if I went out of a 4G coverage area and had to rely on 3G. Would the call drop or would the call switch to a standard 3G call? Kind Regards.

On 3 11 2021 I took another sim only contract out for my son but you've just upgraded me. It's impossible to get on line chat to work and no way of contacting anyone please can some one explain what I can do,? I haven't got sum card yet but I need it on another number not mine please help
