3G is being switched off and I can't make calls. What do I need to do?

I am confused and totally unsure if my number has remained as it was or you have kept me on the number you gave me? please help, I find it frustrating that I can’t actually talk to someone for support, other than text!!
Hi ,I purchased a Samsung a21s on a contract with you and have had problems with it calling, on all calls it breaks up,the other people on the other end of the call says it goes robotic voice and then lose voice altogether. I have had the phone back to Samsung 2 times and they have sent it back OK both times ,also when I take the sim card out and put it in another phone it is working OK and never get these symptoms. Getting very frustrated with it .Any help will be appreciated
I have been with ID mobile for about 18 months and my signal has been fine. Over the last couple of weeks, I cannot get a service at all in my house and also a lot of places when I am out. What is causing this problem? Could there be a problem with my SIM card?
I ordered a new sim card for my mother-in-law 2 weeks ago and it has not arrived yet, although she has received confirmation of the new direct debit to ID Mobile. Her email address is barbara@e-rato.com and her name is Barbara Pearcey. I am asking on her behalf as she is in her 80’s and not really PC literate. Have you any idea when she will receive her card?
I would like to cancel my contract as I no longer use the sim or phone but dont have any log in details to do so. If i try and change login details it sends a text to my non existent phone.. Help! I have being paying for more than a year for a service I don't use.

My ID mobile plan has ended and I can not longer access the mobile app or talk to an agent as it says that it does not recognise my account, however I am still being billed so I must exist somewhere. Your customer services is closed, live chat does not provide the information I need nor does the automated help line. Please advise how I can cancel my billing
I have had my mobile (iPhone SE) for just under a month and the handset keeps blacking out and doesn’t always want to switch on even with a hard reset. This is not ideal as I require my phone for my job so I require a fully operational handset replacement. How do I go about requesting one?thanks
i currently have a monthly unlimited data plan costing £21pm. I would like to switch to the £15 ID 12 month contract. How can i do that without cancelling the current contract and separately buying the £15 12 month unlimited data plan. Why cant Id just switch me? By switching i can keep my ID app log in details. Otherwise i have to create another email log in etc.
HiI've not been able to receive/send texts for the last 5 day.I upgraded on 4th Dec and activated my sim card.The last text I sent successfully was on 9th Dec.I've followed the instructions on ID help with airplane mode, restart, wipe sim card etc that's not worked. Coverage checker said good service, I tried at home and at work (different areas) No other issues with phone (Sony Experia model G3121)Any suggestions what to do please?
When I text or call, each person sees 1 of 2 numbers, the one I was given with my ID contract, and my original one that I switched back to? Also when I text someone, that person receives my text 3 times… every time I send a message? Something has messed up big time, I think I just need it re-setting

Hi my monthly contract comes to an end in November, i can upgrade to sim only through the app. Does this then mean I can keep my current number? Also of I change now do I get refunded for the days left on my monthly contract or best to wait til a week before it is due to end. Do I physically get sent out a new sim or do you just change the mode of current sim?

Despite complaining we are nowhere to resolving this issue, sent letters with the same instructions which are useless and pointless as there is NO APN under mobile data network settings. and why send me to the phone settings checker on the webpage when ID cant even be bothered to update the list to include ios13.2 ?? last version listed is ios 12 .!!
Since March mine and my husbands phone reception is getting worse. I live in kent and have hardly any reception at home and surrounding area. My husband works in London and has the same issue there. We both have 1yr on our contracts. I've been with ID for yrs with no problem before.
i order a sim only deal past 2 weeks i still not here so went on live chat waiting over 20mins so they told me i need go to the store so i did the store dont know what to do so they using live chat as same day,stil issue….so today i cancel my sim card what a nightmare i won’t using ID Mobile again what a let down…….live chat dont understand you at all….
