I can’t access my id mobile app and I have no email with a customer service pin, so what do I do now as I need to speak with them as I’ve switched provider but now I can’t port my number or cancel the contract I don’t want

I’ve just been given my upgrade deals today and they are more expensive than what I can get from ID mobile on the Martin Lewis page. I think I will move on from ID mobile as I hate this sort of thing and with no contact numbers you can’t even discuss. Contract ends in July and unless I can get a better deal than whats available on the Martin Lewis site ( which I should for loyalty) then I’ll be leaving

Hi My wife is currently on a cruise to Spain and Italy, she has not got into a port yet as 2 days at sea. She has 199gb of data in her account. I have noticed that her bill has increased to £65 instead of the usually £16. She has messaged me to say that her data no longer works. Do you have to be on land for the inclusive 30gb of roaming and will this still be available when she goes onto shore at Cadiz. Thanks in advance.

I’m currently roaming and can make calls without any issues. However, I’m not receiving text messages from Hungary. I’ve checked all my phone settings and everything seems correct, but SMS from Hungarian numbers are not arriving. Please help.

Just put my new SIM into my new phone. Nothing has happened. I have joined the idcommunity and they are trying to send me a code number to my new phone. I can't get the text number until SIM is activated. Please advise

I have purchased 2 ID SIM cards for use in our iPads when we are away in Europe. roaming is turned on in the ID app & on both the iPads but I cannot access the internet, I get a message ‘could not activate mobile data network’ everything works ok if I put my O2 sim in the iPad. can anyone help? thanks in advance

When at home, my mobile phone signal is poor (3 or 2G) so I have WiFi calling switched on. If the phone switches to WiFi all is well but if it thinks the signal is strong enough, no calls can get in or out. My solution is to go into airplane mode which forces it onto WiFi. Having to do that everytime I come in and go out is not ideal. It used to work fine and I have not changed the phone (Samsung A35 5G) I have set the phone to reboot every morning. Any suggestions?

I have recently changed my direct debit details which has been a problem as payments are not being taken, but when I checked my payments it shows that two payments were made in mid April two days apart. Who can I contact about this please.

Hello, Been a customer for years. Needed to set up roaming today and discovered the old app is gone and I had to re-register and use new app. Managed to create new login then got stuck adding my mobile number. It keeps saying the mobile number, name, and date of birth don't match anything on record. Chat is down and Id had no telephone support. Traveling early tomorrow, so am stuck. Help?

Hi, I got the S25 Ultra last week but couldnt stand Android, rang to see if I could exchange to Iphone but couldnt. Sent phone back as within 14 days cool off, currently with DPD. What I would like to know is will teh contract be automatically cancelled so I can get a new contract for the Iphone and would I be able to keep the number I ported across originally. My Samsung S25 won’t connect to Internet. It is fine in Wi-Fi, but when I am out of a Wi-Fi zone it says no Network connection available. I have plenty of Data. I have tried all the on line advice, including conneting and reconnecting, resetting ‘Access Point Names’ and adding Network details agin. Nothing seems to work. Very frustrating. Not sure if this a Phone issue, Network issue or Sim issue?

I have two very old phones that I need to stop paying for as they were destroyed with the SIM cards some time ago. I have the numbers on record but can not use them of course as they were destroyed, I can not find a way to cancel them on the site or find someone to actually speak as there are no contact numbers on the website. The only way was to cancel the direct debit so I have cancelled them both but need to let ID mobile know what has happened. How do I actually get in touch with someone to discuss this?

Hello, I'm on monthly payment 2 year contract and the contract is still active and I've been paying via direct debit so payment is upto date as well. However, I noticed I don't have a mobile data and when I logged in the app it says the plan is disconnected. I've used my own credentials and I'm not sure what's happening here. Can you please help?

I have still not received my Apple TV offer. I’ve checked my junk mail folder and not there either.

So I decided to do an upgrade before my last contract ended. I had in place at the time unlimited data everything. I chatted to an upgrades team and decided to get the galaxy s25 ultra. Also with unlimited data. However I now have charges on the account for data used outside of the plan that total £95.44 during the upgrade process from my last phone to my new one. Clearly they have not applied the bolt on at the time of the upgrade properly. I have tried many times to try to resolve this issue. I have raised a complaint. My current bill outstanding is £95.44 it should be £41.99 per month. Anyway as I am still in a cooling off period I am seriously thinking of cancelling my contract and returning the phone. You can never get anything resolved with company because half of the agents just don't understand what your chatting about. Its just ridiculous. However the agent tried to off me £20 off my next bill in compensation. Im not going to be paid off for incompetent staff members mistakes.

I am in Portugal and assume I have roaming. When trying to make a call on my UK number to another UK number I get a message that states 'cannot connect to mobile network'. Why and what needs to change?

Hi, I got 3 texts almost simultaneously yesterday in the following order to say: 1) Just a heads up, you've now used 80% of your Bill Cap for this month. Please note: once you hit 100% you won't be able to use any chargeable services... etc 2) You've now used 100% of this month's Bill Cap. You won't be able to use any chargeable services until your next monthly billing period starts; this ensures you never spend more than you want to… etc 3) You've now used 100% of your plan's data allowance. This does not include any add-ons you may have. Any additional data usage will cost 10.24p per MB until your allowances refresh on your next bill cycle… etc This seems completely wrong as I seem to have used my Bill Cap before my allowances were even used up?! I also rarely go near my data limit and nothing has changed this month. I have used as much/little as usual. Never have I reached a data limit. Hi - I have seen at least one other person have this problem and there is no satisfactory answer on the community. My verified by visa payments from my phone are all being declined and the bank says it’s because the phone switch to ID has not been done properly. Thanks for any help as this is really turning into a problem for me. Visa are declining every payment. Cheers
