Problems Upgrading to a New Monthly Plan


Hi, I have just upgraded my plan to the 100GB, Unlimited Texts/Calls (£12 a month) but on the website and mobile phone iD app, the plan has not changed to my new one.

Is there a problem? Do I just have to wait for it to update? Will it update after my current monthly plan has ended?.

Perhaps the My iD Account self-service systems are out-of-sync with the iD sales systems, ​@hiyuuqt.

Hopefully things will re-sync after 24-hours or so.
