Did the problem start before this week’s service disruption, @hadd18?
@andewhite , No it did not. It started after the service disruption. I’m guessing these issues are as a result of it.
Just a big shame that I’m still incurring problems after it has supposedly been ‘fixed’
I have the same problem, it started Tuesday afternoon, we noticed io about 16:00. We’re leaving iD ( or 3) for another network.
@Ron C Honestly don’t blame you at all. Thinking about doing the same as this is not the first time this has happened. It’s getting ridiculous now especially with the lack of communication or help available!
Try switching the VOLTE on in your settings
Try switching the VOLTE in your settings. I had the same problem until I switched that on.
In sin mobile network settings.
Hi @Ron C and @hadd18 , I am sorry to learn you are having trouble with your calls.
Can you both please follow the steps on this article - I can't make or receive calls from my SIM. What should I do? | iD Mobile Community
If you are still having issues with this, please let us know.
Thanks.

I am connecting through 5g but i have issues with 5g and 4g with one to two bars of signal my post code is WS1 2HL
Sorry to hear that @Mick77791. Is it affecting calls, texts and data?
Does the issue occur outside of this postcode given?
Thanks,
Tyler
Hi it’s indoor at my postcode it was always three to four bars signal before I had my phone replaced which resolved some if it and if I go to different post codes in my area where it would be normally full signal never had an issue with signal before it dropped after the outage it was fluctuating the night before the outage I have been with id for 2 years and had a three mobile number for 15 years and the signal was never a issue before
Hey there @Mick77791, sorry to hear that. So the issue is only at your home postcode, is that correct? Or are you having signal issues elsewhere also now?
Thanks,
Tyler
Hi it is at home then it will be full signal as soon as I get out the security door down stairs . And when I am out side walking around the back end of my post code the signal will drop to one to two bars
It drops on three other postcodes out side in my which I have noticed but outside my postcode it is full signal
No problem. So you do get signal at home, it’s just weak signal?
When you’ve only got one or two bars at home, does it affect calls, data and texts?
Also to clarify, I’d recommend manually changing to 4G/LTE only when at home, as you live in a weak 5G area:

Furthermore, please provide the other full postcode(s) you have issues please?
Thanks,
Tyler
I mean it is full signal out side in my post code but as I am walking around out side it will drop to one to two bars signal in three other postcodes
Yes it’s just weak signal at hone
I get the same problem 4g as well never had a problem with any of them before
Sorry to hear that @Mick77791. Have you ever tried a free, replacement SIM card with us before?
Thanks,
Tyler
I have tried a replacement eSIM and I went in to curry’s and picked up a replacement physical sim the other day and it is still the same I had a replacement phone last week which resolved of it my last phone had a battery drain problem so I thought that could of caused some of the problems
I mean the replacement phone solved some of it
