That’s a shame, I can’t see from the list what basic non-smart phones are compatible?

Is there one?

Is there anyway to fix this?

Hey there ​@jjb16394, unfortunately, this device is simply not compatible on our network, so calls won’t work I’m afraid. All we can advise is that the devices on the list above will work.

If you want to keep the phone, have you looked at SMARTY?

They are comparible to iD Mobile with regards to plans and prices and also use the THREE network.

One positive for SMARTY (Vs iD Mobile) is that MMS messages are included in all of their plans whereas iD charge for them separately.

Their plans are also month to month and so if you are not happy you can swap back.
