My new phone has been sent back to curry and I have had no communication on when it is goi g to be delivered

I upgraded my phone contract on the idmobile we site but have still not received new phone, has the upgrade now been cancelled?

If the handset has been returned, it would automatically mean the order has been cancelled and a new one would need to be place.

I upgraded my phone contract on the idmobile website but have still not received new phone. I did receive a new charger I also ordered however. Naturally, the money for both phone and charger and a fee for changing my contract have come out of my account though.
