Hi @kasunabeyAre you having trouble when you try to login to your account directly via the website (either using a saved shortcut or a link in an internet search)?If so, use the link in the email that is sentinforming you that your bill is ready to view as this does work!I have found a similar problem when I try to login to my account, from my laptop, via the website when trying to access via an internet search or by way of a saved shortcut as I get the followingerror message EVERY TIME, even though I complete my email and password entry withinseconds:-And yet, when I use the link in the email it completes without a problem. Only 1 entry per person is permitted, duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.
