I want to download my recent bill

Hi,

I want to download my recent bill to submit for proof of address, currently the service is not working from mobile app or online. Can you please email me the recent bill?

Hi ​@kasunabey 

Are you having trouble when you try to login to your account directly via the website (either using a saved shortcut or a link in an internet search)?

If so, use the link in the email that is sent informing you that your bill is ready to view as this does work! 
 

I have found a similar problem when I try to login to my account, from my laptop, via the website when trying to access via an internet search or by way of a saved shortcut as I get the following error message EVERY TIME, even though I complete my email and password entry within seconds:-



And yet, when I use the link in the email it completes without a problem. Go figure! 🤷🤦

Hi ​@Decembersangel72 , thanks for the reply !

It was not the issue for me, I dont get authentications errors and for me downloading bill is not working in web and mobile app, they have mentioned such a case in home page and they are working on the fix.

Meantime I want to find a way to get a bill, which I need to use for my address proof.

Hi - I’m unable to download the Sep 25 bill through PC or app on two separate logins/mobile numbers. Aug 25 and before is available….

I get an error:
