Unable to download Sept bill

I am unable to download my bill for September but all my older bills are downloading fine.

It's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone and then when I do eventually get through on the live chat or FB messenger it's like one message from the agent every 30mins.....and counting!

This looks to be an issue with your system as even your colleagues are unable to download the same bill.

Hi there ​@Phi888, unfortunately, there must be an on-going issues with some bills, or this one specifically. I would recommend continuing the conversation with the team(s) you’ve already been in touch with for further investigation.

I have the same issue with my Oct bill - not had this problem before and have the exact same message but interestingly the message is unable to be captured with screenshot so have had to take a photo with my phone and airdrop to computer! very frustrating.

There has been technical issues with billing be it via the app or web browser. I had experienced this over the weekend with a sales agent and also with the IDMobile app. I could download all previous bills other then the most current bill, the following day I was able to.

Thanks ​@JoeKing - indeed that has worked for me too.  Bill has downloaded correctly as usual this morning.  very strange indeed.  appreciate the response

@JGriff It all about the tech we don't often realise how much we depend on it until the moment it's not working or responding the way it should.

Still it's just one of those thing's can you imagine the UK having a total power cut lol.

I experienced the same problem with November’s bill over the weekend. I could view old bills but not this month’s. I simply waited and by midday on Monday everything was working again.
