we have a missing £50 gift voucher for Currys that we should’ve had when I upgraded my SIM card it was included in the deal and we have not received it

good evening I’m contacting you as part of my upgrade. Sim only deal. I should’ve got a £50 Currys gift card. DPD tried to deliver it nearly 5 weeks ago now and because we didn’t have a pin the rude man did not leave it. Can someone look into this please and get back to me?

Does anyone know if there is a phone number for ID Mobile because we don’t seem to be getting on very well we’re getting any answers to my question about my missing £50 Currys gift voucher
