poor service over the past few weeks.


We have now had very poor service from the date 3 merged with Vodafone the service won't let us make calls, it drops calls and internet does not work. If this continues I will be changing my provider.

Ts29 6AW, phone is Honor 90 and Honor 400 and iphone 14 and iphone 12.

Is the issue only at home, or elsewhere also?

 

Is it only calls and data affected?

Tyler it's at home and up to about 2-3 miles it comes and goes like signal drop when driving and I have to find a high place to get it to work. It was Data and calls the first to days and now it is calls it happened again at 11:00 this morning and came back at 11:15.

Are you connected to 4G or 5G please ​@Mark Steven Davies?

My phones will use either one as in when no 5g they will use 4g, so I guess the answer is both but I don't know why that would matter as both drop our of service.

Have you tried:

 

  1. Restarting your phone?
  2. Resetting network settings?
  3. Checking your phone number correctly shows in your settings?
