iphone 11 offer from MSE

I found an offer for iphone 11 (£29.99 a month for 20gb of data) on MSE and followed the link but it seems to only offer a black iphone 11. The deal on your website is only for 10 bg of data for £29.99. I would like a white iphone 11 with 20gb of data for £29.99 a month. Can anyone help please ??Nicola

Phone stolen. Reported To you over 10 days ago. Still no new SIM has arrived.My iD account is blocked/inactive as I have not logged into the account in over 6 months - reactivation code being sent to my phone…..which I do not have!seems like I am stuck here guys. Not happy :-(

Hi, I just upgraded my contract from Vodafone to iD. I have out my sim card in my phone but it does not work. I tried to activate it but it wants to send a code to my phone, which I have tried to do, but obviously I don't receive this code as my sim card doesn't work! Can someone activate it for me please?

This was done separately and not an ‘upgrade’.I now want to cancel the original plan with id and switch my number to my new phone and plan with id.im not moving network, so am unsure on the right steps to take

Been waiting nearly a week for my number to be transfered.

I filled in the PAC transfer form successfully last Saturday. I connected an employee on Wednesday to find out what was happening with it and was told that the number transfer was still being processed and would be fast tracked. it is now Friday late afternoon. Is there an estimated time on when the transfer will come through?

exchanging phone

I really need some help and am absolutely at my my wits end with this company . I purchased an upgrade - iPhone 11 on Black Friday and I’ve selected the wrong colour . I simply want to change it from black to purple . I’ve tried calling every single day at various hours of the day and nobody answers . Their social media tells me to use chat and chat tells me I need to call . It’s like a headache going round and round . I’ve been into carphone warehouse who are telling me they can’t exchange it as I need to do it through ID .All I want to know is how to change the phone when nobody answers their phone . Surely under FCA regulations this is illegal ? To not provide any return service ? im considering filing a formal complaint . Can any one help me ?

Billing issue - being charged when its not my payement datw.

So my payment date for my daughters phone is the 28th every month. And iD take money out every month around the 28th, sometimes the 30th. On the 30th of November, they took out the bill which is £34.99 and then on the 2nd of December AGAIN they took out £34.99.I’ve tried to contact them in every way. They have an extremely useless customer service number in which you only speak to a bloody computer and it seems no one has had this issue with iD on the community FAQs so here i am adding this to the community’s asked questions just in case in the future iD try to rip anyone else off.At first, I thought that it’s just taking Decembers money out really, but on her iD app I noticed that every time it takes money out it leaves a PDF bill to view, however there is not bill for December which is strange.Hopefully i can get a reply as soon as possible because this is ridiculous and I will probably have to contact my bank.

Hi. Was expecting some sort of confirmation that my PAC submission has been received and the process is under way. I also need to stay available with my old number, do I keep using my old (EE) sim and phone number until it stops working and when it does, I can assume the number port has been successful and I pop in the iD one in my phone?Thanks

Hi Everyone,If my current phone contract is ending on the 16th and if I get an ID deal from carphone ware house today, how can I delay the beginning of the contract till the 17th?I just spoke to a carphone warehouse adviser and he said to contact ID mobile regarding the question. Thank you

no signal

I don’t have any signal at all and so am unable to receive and send messages and calls unless I am in a WiFi area.This is the second time it has happened and I haven’t received 2 very important calls as I was unsure what the issue was. I have just upgraded with ID mobile as I had heard really good things but with this feel extremely disappointment.

ive just changed to sim only and now have no service

My contract came to an end on Thursday so ID changed me over to sim only deal and said I need do nothing as they will activate the SIM card already in the phone. Since then I’ve had no service. No one is answering the phone and I haven’t got the live chat option even though I’ve tried a different browser. Therefore can’t contact anyone to sort this out. Please help
