Is there a family app yet?

I have just got my ID sim and I will need 3 others for the rest of my family.How can I add those to my account please?I will need to control the cost as it’s coming out of my bank account.Thanks in advance.

overcharged with no explanation

I have been with ID since last August it's used by my son. I paid originally 9.99 a month and then a few months ago it went up to 10.25 but today £19.02 was taken from my account. I put a £2.50 cap on the phone when I opened the account. It's never been used and the data usage wasnt over its limit this month so no idea why its jumped up nearly 9 pound?

Ordered New iPhone12 Payment Decline

I ordered a new iphone12 and set up a direct debit earlier today. I have since been told by my bank that they declined the £99 upfront payment due to security reasons and a block was put on my card. I am now unsure if this order has gone through. Do i need to make another payment? I don’t want to lose out on the Black Friday deal which runs out today.

data usage differences

Hi, I have a monthly set up with 1gb data allowance with rollover for 1 month. I took advantage of the NHS scheme till October allowing for unlimited data for the same price. In the past month, since I reverted to my normal allowance I note that I've have 0.8 gb left when on a WiFi connection but only 0.3 gb when I connect via 4G. I rarely use 4G if possible and believe the former to be correct. Is there anyway of finding out which is correct to ensure appropriate rollover? Regardspep27871

Sim card not working

I took out a new contract with ID, received my new phone and sim card but the sim card is not recognized by the phone. I have tried switching on and off, airplane mode etc and nothing works. The sim does not work in any other ID compatible devices either. I have submitted my PAC code to swap my old number to the new sim several days ago so am worried I will be left without a working network on Monday. I contacted carephone warehouse on Friday who said they would ‘escalate’ the issue and it would start working in 24-48 hours but this has not happened. The call handler said the sim was activated several days ago so this wasn't the issue.

Why is a card payment I made on Nov 23rd not showing on my account?

After I received notice I had used 80% of my allowance, I paid the excess of £4.59 to bring me back to normal.   It has gne through on my card, but there is no sign of it hitting my account and the same message appears.   Why please?

pac code

Hello, I recently purchased a contract through Carphone Warehouse but then cancelled my contact with ID Network as I didn’t like the phone, I have now purchased another contract through ID network but would like to keep my old number, however the PAC code I got is not working.  Please help as all my stuff is linked to my old number and I cannot sign onto anything on my new phone due to this.

No Service

Hi we transferred to I.D. mobile during the week and put the PAC code in to keep existing number.  Not had any service since.   That was 3 days ago. How long does it normally take for everything to be sorted

Cancel SIM Plans

I am trying to cancel my sim plan , I have tried to go through the automated system and thats not working , I have also tried to contact customer services via a voice call, can someone get in touch with me to cancel it please, I have two plans that require cancelling. I seem to be going round in circles.

Data add on gone

I bought a £10 3GB Data add on like 2 days ago and I just got a notification saying I have 500mb left. I've barely used it the past 2 days but somehow it's all gone. I keep track of my usage so it lasts but this has gone way too quickly

Text/SMS messages

I've recently upgraded my phone. Some text messages have gone as MMS, but only short text message, no picture etc. I didn't receive reply to these messages but when I turned on my old phone the replies came through on it.

Problem with Phone

I'm having real problems with my phone it keeps telling me I have no sim card inserted and I cannot make any calls but when I press ok I can carry on again.? Also I am not  receiving text messages and some family members are not receiving my texts? Any ideas what I can do please

I ordered a SIM today on the understanding that it would be dispatched within 24 hrs as my PAC number expires this week. I have just received an email saying my order will be “processed” in 3-5 days. Can you please ensure my SIM is dispatched within 24hrs, as advertised? Lost sim

Hi, I lost my sim and need a replacement.
