hi I need to get my puk number but the ID call centre is closed how do I go about to obtaining my puk code thank you

Never recieved SIM, can't even log in to account

I ordered a SIM a couple of months ago, it never arrived but I am being charged for it. I gave it a little while longer to arrive due to the current situation possibly affecting delivery, but it has been far too long now. I went to log in to the iD site using the email address that the original order was set up with, but it didn’t recognise it! I had to create a whole new account just to post this question.

As covid is another 3weeks into june time may i ask what id are doing to help there customers in this situation as i cant pay my bill till i get a job so can id put a 3month payment break in place ?

Upgrade limited

I've been with ID for a year, sim only, £10 a month.  I got offered an upgrade on the app but every upgrade I click is limited to £20.00. This limits the phones I'm offered or the data amount.  Any idea how I can get my limit increased?  I can get a contract on the website easily enough with the right phone and data for £24.99 a month. I am even transact it (I stopped right at the end), but I'd like to continue my account really!   Thanks for any reply.

end of contract

My contract is due to end in a few months, I’m eligible for a upgrade in a few weeks. I don’t want to upgrade, I want to end my contract. But with covid-19 & the call centre being closed, how can i contact someone to do this?

another transfer my number not working

Hi  I transferred from Virgin to ID on Friday last week ( I use an Iphone 6Plus )  i sent PAC code and wanted to transfer my number ( had it for 15 years ) ,  I have re inserted the SIM ,   rebooted the phone a hundred times and followed a bit of advice on here from Terrywebs . . still will only use the temp no I have been given - have evendone a couple of web chats with Apple who cannot help me . There is no ID call ctr open , the shops are closed and I am getting concerned that it will never work - PLEASE can anyone suggest anything . . thanks !

Data useage

Hi. My contract states that I get 20GB of data, however, the ID app says I only have 2GB. After using this, I have been charged £10.24 per every 100MB. Obviously, I am not happy with this. Can you help?

trying to register but dont have phone

I lost my phone so was sent a new sim. Went on live chat and got it activated, but on a new unlocked phone it still says no service. Tried to create an account with ID but it keeps sending a code to my number which I can’t access! No way of getting in touch to sort this as call centres now closed 😕

I need to cancel an old phone (my youngest sons) but dont have the number and its not been used for over a year.

I was paying for my sons ID Mobile phone by direct debit. He left home for university 2 years ago and has since replaced his phone with a new one that he pays for himself. I recently noticed that Im still paying the monthly tariff so obviously i want to discontinue.I cant cancel the contract on line as once i have entered the old number, a text is sent to that phone, which is no longer in use.So i cancelled the Direct Debit but today received a final warning telling me to pay up (or else)There doesn't seem to be any phone numbers that i can speak to someone about this.HOW do I legitimately cancel this phone please? The contract shouldve rtun out over 12 months ago.

INCORRECTLY TOLD CAP REACHED

I make little use of my phone and am on the cheapest tariff. I have 215 mins left on phone, 5000 texts left and 1.9 of data. My next payment is due in two days. Why why am I told I’ve reached my cap limit - I can’t make calls.

help missed a payment

Hi I missed a payment today direct debit on my id mobile account. They again attempted at 2pm but the funds wasn’t in there. How do I call up to pay it says i don’t have anything owed on my billing? Will they try to take this again before cutting me off? The funds are in there but I’m worried they won’t try take again.

Proof of Barring and Usage

My phone was stolen and I needed Proof of Barring and Proof of Usage for my insurance. It turns out ID blocked the wrong phone intially, a previous phone of mine. My insurance asks that a phone when stolen is blocked within a short time period. As such, i’ve asked for Proof of Usage for my stolen phone and Proof of barring for both of the phones so I can show insurance the error. On the letters insurance has asked that IMEI, Make, Model, Times, Dates, and Gigabytes for the phone on usage and barring documents. Documents were sent to me but with obvious errors - wrong number of GBs and no times. I’ve spent four days waiting for the correct emailed documents and still to no avail. Everytime I’ve had to wait a day to get a single response to an email, in the latest response ID has questioned why I need the correct documents… Can someone just send the correct documents ASAP?

Samsung Galaxy Flip 4

Hi,A few years back I brought a flip 3 for my partner as a present from direct from Currys.  Within 6 months a crack formed in the crease. This was return and sorted, but sadly within about 9 months the same happened again.  As my partner really likes the phone I decided to buy the Flip 4 from ID Mobile as an upgrade hoping this issue might have been fixed by Samsung with the 4th iteration of the flip.  Sadly not and  8 month on the screen has issues again and bubbles forming on the protective film.1st question is how do I get this issues resolved and 2nd question is, my partner has lost faith in the Galaxy Flip and wants to know if this can be swapped for another non Flip/Fold Samsung phone with yourselves as she is really happy with the ID Mobile service. Many thanksJohn

Short term account suspension

I am going travelling for a few months and would like to suspend my ID mobile account during this time and then reactivate with the same number when I'm back. Can I do this? I have a rolling 1 month contract.
