I want to transfer the direct debit over to another family member, continuing with the same plan when it expires in march. Any advice

Hi @Til17,

Welcome to the Community!

You can change your direct debit details via your iD Mobile account or the App.

Once you are logged in you can edit the direct debit details under the billing section.
