Issue with new sim card

OK - I am really struggling with this as a customer service route, but here we go. I am ew to ID mobile, but I kept my old number.1- When I send text messages, they tell me that they are undelivered, but the recipients actually receive the same message 3 times.2 - With iMessage, the messages I send are coming up as being sent from a different telephone number to mine. I have been patient thinking it will sort itself out - but it has not.

Network issue

I have just upgraded to a Galaxy A71 and after registering my sim card and receiving a text saying its ready to use, the phone won't let me call, text or go on the Internet, regardless of signal or anything. I would like this matter resolved promptly as I need it for work and have given the network money to use my new phone, however the customer service clearly leaves a lot to be desired.

Leaving ID mobile

So basically I'm leaving ID mobile on the 24th of November and spoke to an agent online about leaving. I was informed by the agent to pay the remaining balance of 111.86 which I did  and then cancel my direct debits which I also did. Now I'm getting emails about my credit being effected due to no direct debit even though you told me to cancel it. I have paid the full balance off already so why would I still need direct debits? Tried live chatting but just get passed pillar to post and Id really like someone to call me Would not recommend ID mobile to anyone

Cant access my Id mobile

Hi I recently cancelled my ee monthly subscription with a phone number i merged with this id mobile contract because I was paying for 2 monthly payments when I didn't need to and now I cant access my id mobile app to pay my monthly contract because that phone number isn't accessible. What do I do?

I cant make or receive calls

I have moved from another network over the weekend and supplied PUC code to transfer to new network. It's now Tuesday and my phone has a message SiM not provisioned for calls. Amy ideas? Thanks

How to cancel my order

Hi there I ordered a Samsung galaxy s10 last night and I have been told it's not in stock, the money is already pending in my bank account, I'd like to cancel my order, I've tried to get in touch with ID mobile all day and I just can't get through to anyone. Credit Refund

disconnection Request

I have been trying to disconnect from Id mobile for 2 months now. The app never work so I havnt been able to use it to request the disconnect and everytime I request to speak to a agent it says they are unavailable I think this is disgusting and I just want to leave!

data allowances discrepancy

My contract gives me 7gb of data a month. I recently purchased a 3gb add on to use a week before my allowances refreshed and used this 3gb during that week…It seems my add on has eaten away at my new allowance and I'm left with 4gb of data at the start of the month. Why is this?

Coverage Issues - Ending my monthly plan

I have a contract that includes a phone, SIM card, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts & 1 GB Data. My contract ends in February 2021.  I would like to end my contract because I get no service at my frequent locations. Do I have to pay the cost of the remaining months (line rental)? If I do not want to pay, what are my options

I can't receive my PAC code from ID mobile pay as you go?

I am trying to cancel my ID mobile pay as you go direct debit and get my PAC code due to poor connection in my area but no one answers at their help numbers and they refuse to send me this via email. What can I do? Sonja

Cancel sim only

I have received the sim card but I am now trying to cancel via the myID website seeing as i can now register. But i get the following error message when trying to end mobile plan. “Invalid Request, Validating the request has been failed with CMP6 details”Please advise i feel like this is impossible with not being able to call a customer services line.
