ive just changed to sim only and now have no service

My contract came to an end on Thursday so ID changed me over to sim only deal and said I need do nothing as they will activate the SIM card already in the phone. Since then I’ve had no service. No one is answering the phone and I haven’t got the live chat option even though I’ve tried a different browser. Therefore can’t contact anyone to sort this out. Please help

Transferring mobile number

I changed from o2 to ID about a week ago and because i wanted to keep the same number have requested a PAC code from o2 and recieved it, -. I have filled out the form on ID to tranfer the phone number, to which it said form updated succesfully. I am sure everything i have inputted is right (i have tried the PAC code with and without the TEL prefix), but have not recieved a confirmation and the numbers have not changed. I have tried three times in the last week. My old phone number is 07710182174(which i want to keep),07949986861 is my ID number i have been given. Currently paying for both contracts and cant call or get in touch with anyone

Upgrade won't process

I've tried upgrading 3 times now and each time it says the transaction has complete before saying that the card payment cannot be processed. I now have 3 payments of 1p pending, but just can't upgrade. Anyone know why?

cant receive calls or texts

I just moved to ID mobile. My phone worked fine. Then I ported over my old number. Since then I can make calls and texts but i can't receive them. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy A10

Hi I bought iPhone 11 on 27th of Nov black Friday deal haven't got confirmation email nor the mobile. Direct debit is been set for my bank account . Its frustrating. I cant even cancel the order as the transaction is in pending. What should I do?.Is the ph coming?

I've been overcharged on a few bills

When ive looked back through my 24 month contract, in billing, I have been double charged for a few months, even a couple months. Ive been charged triple!!!... ive not paid up, and finished my contract. But i want to know WHY this has happened!!?.. Ill start here, for help, as so far, when trying to contact I.D i never seem to get anywhere, and this is NOT DUE TO ME!!!.. i feel ive been fobbed off SO MUCH Now, next ill be trying it in writing(but whether, ill get ignored that way too, is yet unknown.🙄

dont have accsess to this service

i have joined ID and have seen on the app my number has been ported today. and have had a txt too but i cant call or revive calls it says i don’t have access to this service also at the top where the network bar is it says wifi calling. whatsapp and facetime work ok for calls but i can’t call normally and need it as i’m a carer so need to be able to revive calls

Done the form with the pac code yesterday, waited all day number still hasn’t ported over. Cant speak to anyone the bot doesn’t understand the problem. Can anyone from ID help?

unsuccessful number port

Hi all, my number successfully ported across. However, I turned my old phone on with the old sim in so that I could reset it to send to Carphone warehouse and since then my old number is no longer attached to my new sim. I have checked the ID mobile app and it says that my old number was successfully ported across. I’m not really sure what to do now 🤷‍♀️

transfering my old numer

I can’t transfer my old number. I’ve got my pac code from my old provider and I’ve tried the transfer on both the app and online and it won’t work. Keeps saying it’s unsuccessful! Really frustrating as I’ll have to pay for my old contract as well as my new on if this transfer isn’t completed soon. Please help!
