number ported in but nit appearing on outgoing texts

My existing number has successfully ported over, however when replying to texts from my contacts it is always received from the temporary number ID mobile provided. Any idea why this might be the case when my existing number that I ported over shows up when calling out, rather than the temporary number. Do I have to do something in order for the temporary number to be forgotten? I have an iPhone I have looked at help but can’t work it out

I have two Sim Only pay monthly contracts with ID in my name used by my sons. (payed by Direct debit). I wan’t two more for myself and my wife but the application gets rejected. Who can I speak to to resolve it.

I'm keen to upgrade to the Galaxy S10 lite, but it's currently out of stock.Does the handset still being shown as an upgrade option on the app mean that it will eventually come back into stock on the same deals that are listed on the ‘out of stock' advert? Or will it be removed/changed?

Good morning everyone. I broke my phone yesterday so need to look at getting a new phone, however my official upgrade date is the 28th of next month, so it would be 56 days early (this is for a handset contract), I was just wondering if I can upgrade now or if I have to wait? Also if I can upgrade now, will I incur any extra charges? Thanks in advance.

Problem with porting my number - Wrong number on texts

I recently took out a new SIM only deal with ID mobile. I requested a PAC code from my previous provider on 14th August and on 17th August it was all successfully transferred or so I thought.When I text anyone it is still showing the original phone number provided by ID mobile (the one I don’t want) rather than the number I had with my previous provider which I wanted to keep.The correct number is showing on my app and online account details and yet a different one shows to other people when I send a text.Please can you help me?

HI, I have not yet received my SIM despite being charged and direct debit being set up - help!Also I can not register and login my account - doesn’t seem to recognise me from the registration details I set up when I joined, also, I have sent my PAC over but again the number is not recognised by ID mobile.V stuck and need help, your live chat “available soon” so I cannot speak to anyone but I have been charged again by Vodafone for another month as I could not transfer to you!Bit frustrated and help needed, thanksRachel

Transfer Number isnt working

Hi on friday at 5pm I entered my PAC code into the ID mobile app along with my old number, I was told to wait until the first of september for my old number to switch to ID. However yesterday the date of the expected number switch was changed to 32nd August?? This isn’t even a real date and I decided to wait until 1st september. I transferred from Ee to ID and my PAC code hasn’t expired yet or anything. I need to get my old number back asap as well!! help please.

Cant register for an online account

I moved to ID a week ago and can’t register for an online ID account. Keep being told to try later. Also my current phone provider hasn’t been told to cancel my contract with them which I thought was automatically handled by ID. Finally the number the phone arrived with is still on my new phone which is affecting my FaceTime etc as no one on my friends and family list know it’s me! Apart from that it’s all gone well!!!

PAC Transfer not working

Tried several times to transfer my phone number from ee to ID mobile this week, and ID mobile haven’t done anything about it. I need my number available urgently on my new phone with ID mobile if possible. I would really appreciate if someone could sort this out. Thank you.

Call drops whilst roaming

I have to say it should not be this hard to get in touch with someone from ID team.I am roaming and every time I try to call after a few minutes the call simply drops. Even when I call my voicemail. It does say I am registered on network and I have signal. How does one fix this?
