Charged for unused services

Told 2 months ago my account had been suspended for bounced payment which was fine with me because I was not using my allowance. I continue to be charged for services even though I couldn't use any thing due to the suspension and I've not used at all. And since the lock down I don't need any of their services cos I'm at home. Why do the charges keep going up. I expect a refund but can't get through to customer services. What to do. Its annoying cos I've not used any of their services for 3 months and they continue to charge me despite knowing this! I want to end and do not want to pay for services I've not used.

end of contract

Hi the contract on my phone has ended but I’m still paying the same high amount. I would like to either swap to sim only on a rolling 30 days or get my pac code so I can potentially swap provider and get a new deal.    please can you tell me how to do all this and ensure the phone number stays with me.   All the questions I have going d have a private message as a reply so cannot find in the community section.  thank you

accidental broken screen

I've had my Huawei lite p20 phone for just over a month now and even with a protective screen cover, my phone screen and back has managed to smash. My phone fell from no more than 10cm from my lap to the floor when I was sat cross legged and I'm unsure if my insurance will cover this accidental damage? It's a 24 month contract and the screen is so fragile now I'm worried to use it.

changing contract

My contract runs out in September but I’m wanting to get a new contract with 02 this week and I want a pac code, if I use my pax code and give it to 02 will I be charged the rest of my contract left to pay at once or will I be able to pay it off monthly as normal?

switching from 24 month contract to sim only

I have finishied my 24 month contract and wish to  keep my phone, but wish to move to new monthly iD SIM card only monthly payment deal from uswitch. It is better for me than the upgrade deals on the id app.  How can I transfer my existing phone number to the new SIM card?

Password reset

Hi,   I am trying to reset my password, however my ID mobile sim is not currently working and so I cannot receive the text message code to reset it and access my account. Is there a way I can get my password reset by email to get around this problem?

PAC

I have my PAC code on Sunday but my old no hasn’t returned. I did this again on Thursday and I haven’t heard anything. The code hasn’t expired but my previous contract with O2 has now. Can anyone help please?

I bought a number from iD mobile then cancelled a few months later and now I need a pac code but when I put the sim into my iPhone it says no service also when I send a message to 65075 (PAC with my dob)it does not send.

Get a new PAC Code

I am trying to get a new PAC code to transfer my number to a new provider, however when using the online porting tool it is showing the old PAC code which i transferred over to ID with (which is now expired). And is not generating a new PAC Code. Can someone please advise how i can go about getting a new PAC code? Thanks

Both mobile plan change and upgrade

Last night while I was attempting to change my monthly plan, I selected a SIM only upgrade which I wished. To change to however at the same time also changed my mobile plan. ( I attempted this earlier but believed it had not worked). I only wish to have one deal and I am unsure to what I have done. Will the upgrade begin after the 1 month plan change?

I never received my sim only deal which I was approved for yet u trying to charge me for it every month so last week I cancelled the direct debit I thought this deal was 2 good to be true turns out it is !!

Upgrade limited

I've been with ID for a year, sim only, £10 a month.  I got offered an upgrade on the app but every upgrade I click is limited to £20.00. This limits the phones I'm offered or the data amount.  Any idea how I can get my limit increased?  I can get a contract on the website easily enough with the right phone and data for £24.99 a month. I am even transact it (I stopped right at the end), but I'd like to continue my account really!   Thanks for any reply.

I topped up yesterday to get my bundle I had a message saying it was successfully been activated and it does say active on my I’d mobile account but it will not let me make any calls or texts says I’ve got no calling credit to make the call can someone help I was on live chat last night for half hour probably longer for someone to tell me they was looking into it to then be booted on the live chat and it was close. Really bad service.

Locked out of app and looking to upgrade

I have purchased a SIM only for my daughter.   I now need to either cancel, or upgrade as I’m looking at a new phone for her.   Her phone is currently dead, so we can’t retrieve any codes sent to it.   I’m locked out of the app as my email and password aren’t correct. I’m not getting anything to my email, and any codes are going to her phone, which is dead, so we’re stuck.   How do we cancel without using the app?   Thanks   Stuart
