Upgrade

Hi I'm due an upgrade but not sure what phone I want, normally I would go into store and have a look and handle them etc. If I order one online can I try it out and if I don't like it return within the 14 days and choose another phone? Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance x

My PAC has been ported from old supplier, but is not working on IDM.

I am trying to transfer my son’s mobile number to a new ID Mobile account. The PAC code was requested over 2 weeks ago, and was ported from the old provider the next business day. However, ID Mobile has not activated the number onto the account (so the temporary ID phone number works, but my son is unreachable on his actual phone number). I called customer service around 2 weeks ago, and they said I would get a call back from engineering, but I have not received anything. How on earth can I resolve this issue without tech support being available? Any help appreciated -- it is my son’s birthday today and he’s not getting calls he expected due to this problem!

Lost phone, can't access account

I need to stop my daughter's ID SIM because she has dropped her phone irretrievably in a river!  However, I can’t access her account because she is under 18, and when we took out the SIM only contract for it, my email address was used.  However I already had an account attached to that email address and ID mobile can only register one account per email, which I did not realise when I set up the second SIM.   Her account is basically lost in the ether.  We have bought a SIM from a different company for her new phone and I would now like to cancel the contract and get a PAC code to use with the new SIM. Please advise how we can sort this out. Thanks

Stolen phone and cant log in to tell you

Hi,   My phone has been stolen and I am trying to let you know so I can be sent a new SIM. The issue is that when im trying to reset my password for ID its sending the activation code to my phone which I dont have and your contact centres are all closed!   How can I get a new SIM?   Thanks

SIM card delivery

Hi, I ordered my SIM card through idmobile.co.uk on Thursday, 2 April 2020, but since then I did not get it with Royal Mail first class. Normally, it should arrive in 3 working days according your statements. I can not connect to anyone due to lockdown of the Customer agents service, Live chat, etc., so I do not know if you could help me to track my order, whether it has been dispatched before or just lost in the delivery. Can't pay bill - no access to online account and phone helpline unavailable

Hey   I recieived an email telling me my payment was 1 month late; which was alarming to me as this was the 1st communication I had had regarding this, and despite setting up a DD when I last spoke to an operator in Feburary. Looking at my account I can see no attempt was made to take payment. I’m concerned that this will affect my credit rating, despite my acting in good faith in assuming the DD was set up.   I’m further concerned because I find myself unable to pay the balance. I have no access to ID online services and the telephone contact centre is down due to the COV-19 outbreak.   Is there any way I could pay my outstanding balance and possibly get my late payment mark rectified? If not this payment is going to remain late and could potentially ruin my credit record.

Can't upgrade phone - "Some of your personal details are invalid or missing"

 I am trying to upgrade my phone after a r 24 month contract Every time I try to check out, I get the error message  “Some of your personal details seem to be invalid or missing. Please call 7777 to update your details.”   Is is because my address has changed since I purchased the phone and if so how can I fix this??   Please help!   Thanks

why have i been over charged??

Hi I pay £20 a month sim only I have 50gb I haven’t gone over it and free calls and texts and had it capped so can’t go over it or ring any numbers etc my bill this month is £35 I really don’t know what to do Cos it’s saying my monthly bill is £29 then on my main app it’s saying £20 so confused to what the hell is going on I can’t even ring anyone to see what’s happened this was the whole Point of doing this to save me money now it’s more!!last months was 20 so don’t get what’s gone on

Number Transfer

Hi, I have just ordered my new Phone from iD Mobile as my current one is dying and I needed an upgrade, pay monthly, im not sure when it will arrive (Looking like after easter) and I still have my current phone/contract active with EE.    With keeping my number, when and who should I contact? Do I wait for my new phone to arrive and then call EE to cancel the remainder of my contract and then get a code from them? Or do I contact iD when I get my phone and then cancel my contract after its switched? My only worry is potentially cancelling my contract too early and maybe losing my number which I really need.   Any help would be appreaciated. Thanks.

Maybe I’m being impatient however I have this evening only received email after I placed the order which says order “successfully placed” but nothing since to confirm order is accepted? I’m assuming it has as it has been over 7 hours since I placed the order.

Re CONTRACT CANCELLATION

Dear Richard, Hello. I’m dedicated this to u as I really hope u would be able to help me. I bought my contract 2017 Oct for 2 years, till 2019 Oct. So now it’s already extended for more than 5 months and I really want to cancel it. But I can’t because of corona situation. The problem is I don’t need any PACs or any other numbers as I used that ID Mobile number just for few months and later I’ve lost SIM card at all. and forgot about it as I basically urgently needed just the phone by that time and was late for one day to cancel my contract straight away during that 14 days period. However, now for 2.5 years already I’m paying for nothing as I even can’t get into my account as I can’t remember the password, and the password I can’t reset as your system might unblock the account only after entering the special code which is send to ID Mobile number which sim card I’ve lost ages ago. So, please advice me something as I really want to cancel my Direct Debit already, no matter what as that

Cancel Account

I need to cancel my account- I tried online and it said it was pending but I got charged for another month- I got a text saying it was in the process but that I had to double confirm by calling a number. I did and the call center is not working. I need someone from ID mobile to contact me via email as I have had to return to the US.
