3G is being switched off and I can't make calls. What do I need to do?
What do I do if they have cut my data allowance from 5gb to 1.5gb without telling me, meaning that I have gone over my allowance and been charged an extra £5.
I have not had any network coverage since yesterday afternoon. It is not just in one place, it disappeared on my way back from Brighton to Essex, and today I am working in London and still nothing. I have turned phone on and off again many times, and tried manually searching for network as well and it just says error searching for networks / no networks found. When I've been on the postcode checker on the website, it says we know there is a problem, check back for an update in 7days! I am not impressed to potentially have no phone for the next week and ID have conveniently turned off the online chat functionality on their website, with my only other option to call them, when I have no network! Seriously frustrating, will I be compensated for the massive inconvenience?
I have an I phone 5s and I can send messages to all my contacts but 1 person. This is the person I text most on my phone. They have an iPhone 6. I have checked my blocked callers and so have they. Any advice or information on what I should do? Iv also tried turning on and off my phone and my contract doesnt show any probelms or information
I have just bought a new phone (Motorola G6 Play), which takes a nano sim. This replaces a Motorola G3 which took a micro sim, ie I had to buy a new sim to stay with IDmobile. How to I transfer my existing number to my new phone sim?

Hi, I was due to upgrade and excitedly chose a new plan and handset through the ID app. I have now got my shiny new handset and sim - as it's a nano sim now ...but it is a different number! I got an email conformation of the order and then a welcome to ID email, I assumed I had done the correct thing by following the instructions in the email to set up my new phone. Now I have 2 accounts?! Please advise, what can I do?
I would like to recieve my PAC code to leave ID. I have been on hold for an hour on two different occasions, listening to the recorded voice and no human being. I was completely mis-sold my contract and being without a phone, I have missed vital calls and messages. Also the ID account does not feature anywhere an easy to leave method, which it leads us to believe. If I can have someone to assist me know, I would be grateful before taking the matter further.

i upgraded my phone and they sent me a new sim card. however it isnt showing up in my phone. i switched back to my old sim and it works but thats the old plam so clearly they sent me a broken sim. what should i do. their live chat is neevr available.
Hey I ordered an I'd SIM when i had a Redmi note 3 and it refused to work. It would permanently search for the gateway. 2 months later and I upgraded to the Redmi note 5 hoping it was down to an old ROM on my note 3. However I'm still struggling to register the SIM on this new phone... I saw somebody else on here has no problems with Redmi note 5A. Am I being a numpty and missing something or do I need to cancel my contract? Thanks
