dont recognise the phone number linked to my account


I don’t recognise the number registered to my account.

I’ve closed the bank account attached to the bill payments so payment always goes to a legal firm to collect payments, 

 

I need to talk to a human to explain the above and set up a new method of payment.

You can ‘talk’ to iD using online live chat at www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

Alternatively, get assistance from iD privately using Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM. 

The customer support teams work until 8pm on weekdays.
