If I change my iD plan to sim only do I keep the same phone number or will it change?

Okay @Deborah Bentley, if you’re signed-in to your iD Account online, or the iD app when you change plan, you’ll keep your phone number.

It’s all explained in the community “How do I change my plan?” online FAQ.

Hey @Deborah Bentley 

Upgrading to a SIM only plan will keep your number and replace your contract/plan to a SIM only plan.

This is done by logging in, clicking My Account > Upgrade then finding SIM Only
