I want to turn off voicemail how do I do this no option on app

To turn off voicemail, simply log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account, select 'Services', then toggle 'Voicemail' off.

I cannot select services in either the app or the website as there is no such feature!

Thank you, I found the voicemail. It was already switched off, but I still get notifications that I have a voicemail? Thanks for your help. 

Hi @Bob Keen, you may still receive a notification on the phone to say that there has been a missed call.
