I would like to find out how much data I have left so downloaded the iD app and when trying to register it is telling me my number is correct but not my surname or birthday. I have tried this a number of times now.

Make sure that when registering, you enter the surname, date of birth of the account holder (one who purchased the contract in their name) and the iD number (the one currently active on the SIM card.
