Hi, I am stuck. I accidentally cancelled my direct debit, thinking it was for a different phone contract. It is actually my son’s phone and has been cut off whilst ID wait for my payment. The problem is, the phone number my son has does not correlate to the ending digits ID mobile say the account is for. I therefore have no way of logging i. I cannot find a way of talking to an actual person. what do I do??

Do you have multiple iD Mobile accounts?
If so you’ll need to register them all separately and log in to the account that you need to set the direct debit up for.
If you have any issues, please let us know and we can help you out. However in order to activate the direct debit again you’ll need to make a manual payment first.
