can i change my switch date

Hi,

I provided my PAC code from my previous provider when I signed up for my ID mobile number and asked to switch at a later date. 

I’ve since changed my mind and need it asap for my relatives. Is that possible?

Just use the online iD Live Chat service to get the number porting date changed @Bobbybooshka.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
