Cannot receive Verification Codes

Hi!

I cannot receive any Verification Codes. I can still receive other SMS.

I am using an Google Pixel 6 pro

Please help.

How long have you been with iD Mobile? It can sometimes take some time for all the services to ‘settle in’ so to speak, is this all OTP codes or just certain ones?

Hi!

I'm  waiting for weeks to get sorted out... I just replaced the sim card and still can not receive the codes. Good luck
