Hi I missed a payment yesterday but paid it today around 11am it’s now 10pm and my account hasn’t been re-activated I’ve turn my phone off and on I even took out the SIM card and put it back in but nothing works sadly and it is frustrating as I just moved home and got no WiFi here

I’m having this issue at the moment. my data, calls and text is not working at all, I have restarted the phone and I removed the sim as well but it still not working. How did you resolve it?

When services are suspended, and then a bill paid afterwards, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume (typically a few hours).

 

We’d always recommend restarting your phone every few hours to see if it has. If it ever takes longer than 24 hours, we’d recommend contacting our live-chat:
