Hi, please can someone help us!

My son has received an email with an eSIM code but no QR code to scan.

The phone will not accept the manual in put code.

we cannot find the sm-dp number or any activation code. We have looked through all the emails but nothing what’s so ever. We are really getting frustrated and want to cancel but even trying to cancel it is a problem
