Hi, my dad struggles with technology so I’m trying to set this up for him. I can’t seem to call ID mobile to assist.

His previous contract from 3 has finished and he’s got his ID mobile contract and would like to keep his previous number. I’ve got his PAC and transaction code with all the right details but it’s saying there’s an issue with the information I’m submitting. 

His 3 contract was in his partners name who recently passed, 3 said theres no issue with this and the PAC should work.

Can someone please advise?
